Italian Grilled Chicken

When cooking for two the second half of the chicken is good in Almost Applebees Florentine Ravioli or on top of a dinner salad.

4 small boned and skinned chicken breast halves
1/2 cup fat-free Italian salad dressing

1. Marinate chicken in a zip-lock bag for 30 minutes to one hour, refrigerated. Drain.
2. Grill 7 to 10 minutes per side.
3. Remove from grill and cover tightly with foil. Let stand 10 minutes.
