Maple Chia Seed Pudding

Top with toasted walnuts for some crunch.

1/2 cup chia seeds
1 1/2 cup almond milk
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 tsp maple extract

1. Combine all in a small bowl and stir vigorously to eliminate any lumps.
2. Refrigerate overnight.
