All though the ingredient list is long, you probably have most of these ingredients in your pantry and you aren’t adding lots of unknown chemicals. I usually multiply this recipe and store it in a clean jar in my spice cabinet. One recipe is 4 Tbsp plus 1 tsp., but most times 1/4 cup will do.
1 Tbsp all- purpose flour
1 Tbsp corn starch
1 tsp dried onion flakes
1 tsp beef bouillon granules
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp paprika
2 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp sugar
Just combine all the ingredients in a small bowl.
Yield: seasons 1 to 1 1/2 pounds of meat.
