I don’t remember where I got these, but I looked for them quite a while.  The rings make the perfect egg sandwich on an English muffin.  I spray the rings with non-stick spray and preheat them in a non-stick skillet, then pour the egg in very slowly.  That way the egg stays confined to the ring.
