Healthy Breakfast Sandwiches

If you skip the cheese on this sandwich the calorie count drops from 257 to 177 and there will be only 3 grams of fat!

1/4 cup egg substitute
1 ounce Canadian bacon
3/4 ounce American cheese
1 Lite multi-grain English muffin

1. Spray a small non-stick skillet with olive oil spray and heat on medium low.
2. Add the egg substitute, season with salt & pepper to taste, and cook until the bottom is set.
3. Carefully flip the egg and top with the sliced Canadian bacon and cheese. Cook a minute or two longer until the egg is done.
4. Serve immediately on the English muffin, toasted if desired.
