Although puddings are usually thought of as desserts, I like this Chia Seed Pudding for breakfast!
1/2 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 tsp sea salt
1 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup maple syrup
1. Add all dry ingredients to a mixing bowl and stir to combine.
2. Add all wet ingredients and stir vigorously.
3. Let rest, covered, in the refrigerator overnight.
4. If desired, chia seed pudding may be blended until smooth.
