Emily says this is easy, but I’m not so gifted in the pie crust department.
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp Kosher salt
1 Tbsp sugar
1 stick unsalted butter
3/4-1 cup iced water
1. Put flour, salt & sugar in foor processorand mix.
2. Add butter and pulse until butter is pea size.
3. While processor is running add iced water until a dough ball forms.
4. Divide into 2 pieces, wrap and chill 30 min.
5. Work on floured surface to make two crusts.
