Rich Chocolate Glaze on Strawberry Cupcakes
If you slather this on top of Strawberry Cupcakes you’ll have Chocolate Covered Strawberry Cupcakes.
1/2 cup heavy cream, room temperature
1 Tbsp corn syrup
5 ounces dark chocolate morsels (I use Ghiradelli) or chocolate of choice
1. Combine all ingredients in a 4 cup galss measuring cup or glass bowl.
2. Microwave, stirring frequently, until melted and smooth.
3. Spoon atop cakes or cupcakes.
