Grilled Ahi Tuna Steaks

This recipe came off the back of the bag from Soho Seafood. Usually recipes from the source are good because they want you to enjoy their product.

1 1/2 lb Wild Caught Ahi tuna steaks, 4 pieces about 1″ thick
3 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp sesame oil
2 Tbsp soy sauce
3 Tbsp fresh lime juice
1 Tbsp minced fresh garlic
1 Tbsp minced fresh ginger

1. Place tuna steaks in a casserole dish. Combine oils, soy sauce, lime juice, garlic, and ginger in a small mixing bowl. Pour over tuna steaks and marinate in refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours.
2. Place tuna steaks on grill over medium heat. Cover and grill, turning once, 7 to 10 minutes depending on desired rareness.

Servings: 4
