Fresh and fast!
1 tsp lime zest
1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
1 Tbsp less-sodium soy sauce
2 tsp canola oil
2 tsp honey
1 tsp minced peeled fresh ginger
1 dash cayenne pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
2 6 oz tuna steaks (about 1 inch thick)
1. Combine marinade ingredients in a zip top bag. Close bag tightly and shake to combine. Add tuna and marinate in refrigerator 20 minutes, turning bag over once.
2. Remove tuna from refrigerator to counter top while preparing grill to medium heat.
3. Coat grilling area with cooking oil. Discard marinade. Grill tuna over direct heat, turning only once, until cooked through as desired.
