This simple Mexican Sauce is very mild. Try it as a topping for chicken enchiladas or tacos.
1 cup light sour cream
1 4 oz. can chopped green chilies
3 Tbsp finely chopped fresh cilantro
1 tsp lime juice
1. Combine all ingredients and refrigerate at least 1/2 hour to blend flavors.
2. If you prefer a smoother texture use a blender or emersion blender.
Servings: 6
Yield: about 1 1/2 cup
