This simple seafood sauce is an excellent spread for Po’Boys or fish sandwiches and makes a flavorful dipping sauce for any kind of seafood, as well.
1/2 cup light mayonnaise
2 Tbsp minced sweet pickles
2 Tbsp minced shallots
1 Tbsp chopped capers
1 Tbsp brown mustard
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp Sriracha (hot chili sauce)
1 Tbsp chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
1. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients, mixing well.
2. Refrigerate for at least 1/2 hour to develop full flavor.
Yield: 3/4 cup
