My Buttermilk Dressing


This is our every day salad dressing. It is rich and creamy but surprisingly low in calories and saturated fat.

1/3 cup light sour cream
1/3 cup light mayonnaise
1 clove garlic, pressed
1/2 tsp kosher salt
2 Tbs dried parsley
1 tsp oregano
1 1/3 cups buttermilk

Blend all ingredients together. Cover and chill to blend flavors. Allow about 2 Tbsp. per serving.

Servings: 16
Yield: 2 cups
