Rib Rub

Originally developed for Smoked Ribs, this rub recipe is multi-purposed. I use it on almost all of my grilled pork recipes.

1 cup Greek seasoning (I use Cavender’s)
1/3 cup granulted garlic
1/4 cup Paprika
1/4 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar

Combine all ingredients and store in an airtight container.
