This recipe for Roasted Garlic Butter uses a full pound of butter and is intended it be frozen.
1/2 cup roasted garlic puree
1 pound butter
1. In a glass or other non-reactive bowl, mash the roasted garlic and softened butter together until thoroughly combined and smooth.
2. Divide into four equal portions and transfer onto sheets of plastic wrap. Shape into logs and roll in the plastic. Freeze and wrap securely for storage.
