This coleslaw is seasoned in part with Jane’s Krazy Mixed Up Salt, a decidedly Southern ingredient. Use light mayo if you prefer, but the coleslaw will turn watery faster.
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp Jane’s Krazy Mixed Up Salt seasoning
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 Tbsp granulated sugar
1 Tbsp lemon juice
16 oz package cabbage and carrot coleslaw mix
In a medium bowl, combine all dressing ingredients. Add cabbage and mix just before serving.
