Easy Cauliflower Casserole

This cauliflower recipe is another from the VanHook Family recipe book.

1 large head cauliflower, broken into flowerettes
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp red pepper

1. Cook one large head of cauliflower, broken into flowerettes, until tender. Drain; place in a 1 qt. casserole dish.
2. Combine remaining ingredients. Mix well and spread over cauliflower.
3. Bake for 15 – 20 minutes at 350° – 400°.
4. Above recipe is also good to use with broccoli.
