It has become a tradition for Granny, (Nolene Vanhook), to make this for family holiday dinners. It’s Aaron’s favorite.

3 ounces instant pistachio pudding
15 ounces crushed pineapple, undrained
8 ounces Cool Wihip, thawed
5 ounces mini marshmallows

In a large bowl, mix the pudding into the pineapple. Add the Cool Whip, then the marshmallows. Optional: pecan pieces.
