Next time you are grilling try this simple low-carb side dish instead of corn on the cob or potato salad.
1/3 cup canola oil
1 Tbsp Montreal steak seasoning
1 head cauliflower
1. In a small bowl, combine the canola oil and seasoning. Set aside to blend while you prepare the cauliflower.
2. Trim off the very and of the cauliflower stalk. Quarter the head, leaving the remaining stalk intact. Remove any green leaves.
3. Brush the cauliflower generously with the oil mixture.
4. Grill over indirect heat, turning occasionally. If the cauliflower is not softened to your liking when the other menu items are done just microwave it for a minute or two. It will still have that smokey roasted flavor.
