1 pound asparagus, trimmed
2 Tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1. Preheat the oven to 375°. For easy cleanup, like a sheet tray with foil.
2. Arrange the asparagus on the baking sheet closely in a single row and drizzle with the olive oil. Sprinkle on the Parmesan and salt.
3. Roast the asparagus for about 15 to 20 minutes or until just tender. To keep the toppings in place, do not disturb the stalks during roasting.
