Sue Ellen’s Corn Pudding

So simple! This side dish can be assembled ahead of time and even freezes well.

1 15 ounce can whole kernel corn
1 15 ounce can cream-style corn
1/2 cup cornmeal
2 extra large eggs, beaten
1 cup whole milk
1/4 cup melted butter

1. Combine all ingredients and pour into a greased casserole dish.
2. Bake at 350° for 50-55 minutes or until set.
