If you do not have caramelized onions on hand saute 2 large onions, thinly sliced, in a tablespoon of butter for about 20 minutes, then cool.
6 oz cream cheese, softened
2/3 cup light sour cream
2/3 cup light mayonnaise
1 1/2 Tbsp minced garlic
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to personal preference)
1/2 tsp seasoned salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup caramelized onions
1. In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and garlic until smooth.
2. Stir in the dry seasonings until well blended, than add the onions and stir to combine.
. Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight.
