Easy Cheese Ball

This Easy Cheese Ball is simple to change to suit your taste by varying the type of hard cheese you use or changing the type of nut you roll it in. Crushed pretzels or chopped fresh herbs make an interesting coating as well.

8 oz Neufchatel cheese, softened
12 oz sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup onion, finely minced
1 tsp seasoned salt
1 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to personal preference)
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 cup pecans, finely chopped

1. In a large bowl, beat all the ingredients except the pecans until well combined.
2. Using a sheet of plastic wrap, shape the cheese mixture into a ball.
3. Chill for 30 minutes, then roll in the chopped pecans to coat.
