Garlicky Grilled Ham and Cheese

Use any variety of bread or cheese to suit your own taste.

2 slices 100% whole wheat bread
2 tsp deli mustard, optional
2 slices Swiss cheese
1 ounces sliced deli ham
2 tsp garlic butter

1. Spread mustard on one side of each slice of bread. Place one slice of cheese on top of the mustard on each slice. Assemble the sandwich with the ham in the middle.

2. Spread half of the garlic butter onto the sandwich and place buttered side down on a griddle. Spread the remaining butter on top

3. Grill until golden brown then turn and brown the other side.
