This really isn’t a recipe at all. I just wrote it down so I wouldn’t forget.
2 slices whole grain bread
1 Tbsp light mayonnaise
2 oz smoked turkey breast
2 slices fresh garden tomato
1/4 avocado ripe, sliced
1 slice baby Swiss cheese
1. Spread the mayo on each slice of bread. Pile on the rest and enjoy.
