Shortcut Chicken Salad

Sometimes lunchtime comes too early. Try this shortcut to a simple, yet tasty, chicken salad.

1 12.5-oz can chicken breast, canned
2 tablespoons finely diced onion
2 tablespoons finely diced celery
1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
1/3 cup light mayonnaise
salt and pepper — to taste

Drain the water from the can of chicken. Transfer the the chicken to a bowl and flake it with a fork.

Add all remaining ingredients ans stir to combine.
