ALWAYS keep your planning calendar in a sheet protector. If you stick the provided stickys to plain paper they will permanently adhere to the page.

If you choose to add your own recipes, and I hope you will, you can make your own stickys from removable labels or
Post-its. You may want to write your additional recipes on the appropriate chapter title page or create your own chapters for special occasions.
