Hold on to those old baby spoons! They make excellent kitchen tools. The metal one is 40 years old, from my first child, and the orange plastic one is 12 years old, from my first grand child.
Both come in handy for stuffing small things like jalapeno poppers and the metal one is very efficient at scraping the seeds and membranes out of peppers. I can’t tell you how often I use them for countless small jobs that my clumbsy fingers couldn’t handle as well with larger spoons.
