A Mini Tart Shaper can make quick work out of what can be the tedious job of forming little tart shells or qiuche crusts. Just make sure you keep it floured so the dough doesn’t stick. Of course, you’ll need a mini muffin pan to go with it.
I’ve had mine for a number of years, but I just did an online search and found the same one for $6.50. If your into mini baking, this little tool is well worth it.
