You don’t want to see what the inside of my oven looks like! My Chicken Cobbler recipe calls for a 9 inch baking dish. Well, that one was occupied so I thought I could squeeze it all into this 8 inch baking dish. Wrong! Not only did the contents bubble out into a big puddle, it all scorched onto my pizza stone. Second lesson learned? Don’t forget the foil lined tray underneath! Got to go clean up now.
