Bar rags are one of my most used kitchen tools. I bought a whole stack of them, about 25, at a warehouse store for $12.00 or so a couple of years ago. These towels are real work horses, and just the right size for most jobs, 12″x18″.   I run through several a day, and about once a week I throw the whole batch of them in the wash with a good measure of bleach. My kitchen stays clean and so does my washer. I don’t know what I’d do without them.
