I was inspired to buy this hard cheese grater after seeing one used at many Italian restaurants when they ask “Would you like some extra cheese on that?”. They must have a better model, because this one is not very easy to use. The hopper is too small to hold a significant block of cheese, and cutting the block down to fit wastes a lot of cheese.
On top of it all,this gadget was rather expensive, about $25.00. Don’t waste your money. A small hand grater or rasp will work just as well.
