Have you ever wondered what time you needed to put a baked ham in the oven to have it ready just when you plan to eat? Follow this simple formula and you’ll know.

weight (like 7.35) ____ x 20 min./ pound=
(minutes) ____ divided by 60 = hours to cook
plus 20 min. to rest and 10 min. to carve

subtract this time from when you plan to eat and you will know what time to put the ham in.
