Why open a whole bottle of wine when you only need a cup or so for your recipe? Invest in one of these little four packs of wine. They are available at most grocery stores in a number of varieties to suit most recipes.  They keep well in your pantry.  Of course, if you’d rather just have an excuse to open that whole bottle, I’ll never tell.  I might just join you!
