Magical Ice Cream Topping over Fresh Strawberry Ice Cream

This is a fun and easy homemade version of Magic Shell

6 oz dark chocolate morsels (I use Ghiradelli) or chocolate of choice
1 1/2 oz coconut oil (Must be coconut, find it in the shortening section)

Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together in the microwave. Store at room temperature. It will harden when poured over ice cream.
