Rib Braising Liquid is the key for keeping your slabs of ribs from drying out. The braising liquid consists of just 4 simple ingredients: apple juice, our own Rib Rub, balsamic vinegar, and garlic. This recipe goes with Smoked Ribs. It was adapted from Southern Living Magazine.
1 cup apple juice
1 Tbs Rib Rub
2 tsp balsamic vinegar
1 garlic clove, minced
Stir together apple juice, Smoky Dry Rub, balsamic vinegar, and minced garlic. Chill in an airtight container up to 1 week.
Yield: Makes 1 cup .
